Miley Cyrus is no longer leading a double life on the small screen, but that doesn’t mean she’s using her new freedom to bask in the sun and party in the U.S.A. This Saturday the former "Hannah Montana" star will make her hosting debut on "Saturday Night Live," and from the episode's teasers, it looks like we'll get to see how Miley’s impression of herself stacks up against Vanessa Bayer’s. The showdown should be...pretty cool!
As Miley prepares to take the Studio 8H stage, we got to wondering what her former "Hannah Montana" co-stars are up to, now that the curtain has been drawn on the Disney series. Keep reading after the jump to find out!
Emily Osment (played Lilly Truscott)
Though Emily recently had to cancel an upcoming tour with "Drake & Josh" heartthrob Drake Bell due to a scheduling conflict of his, she reassured her fans via her blog that she is "finding new ways to get on the road again." For those who can’t wait, or like me, can’t make it to Ontario to catch her concert on March 12, we’ll have to settle for popping in the DVD of "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2" to get our Emily fix, as she voices the cute pup Pep. By the way, I am absolutely loving Emily’s grown-up image in her latest video "Lovesick" and can’t help but think that Lady Gaga herself would approve of the costume choices (especially at the 2:41 mark).

Mitchel Musso (played Oliver Oken)
Mitchel shows no signs of slowing down. Tweeting yesterday that he "wants to rock n roll all night," I believe it! He’s just released his seventh video for his sophomore album, "Brainstorm," which features eight tracks. Mitchel will be sticking close to his Disney roots, as he’s reprising his role as Jeremy Johnson in "Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Generation," which premieres on the Disney Channel June 24, 2011. Until then, Mitchel will be living like a king…resuming production on his Disney XD series "Pair of Kings," that is.

Jason Earles (played Jackson Stewart)
Last night on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," Miley revealed that what she misses most about "Hannah Montana" is spending time with Jason on set. For a duo that seems to get along so well, they must have really been using their acting skills to portray a bickering brother-and-sister duo for five years. It looks like 34-year-old Jason will continue to take on youthful roles (so many adult actors dream to be in his position, I’m sure). He’s rumored to be starring alongside Disney starlets Ashley Tisdale and Jennifer Stone ("Wizards of Waverly Place") in the upcoming Christmas-themed romantic comedy "Holly, Jingles, and Clyde 3D."
